This project marks a strategic collaboration between Helius Media, Phan Vu Town, and Stunt1 Action Studio, aiming to deliver a high-caliber production with a meticulously crafted screenplay and signature action sequences.

Leadership and the "Creativity is a Solution" Philosophy
- Executive Producer/Actor Phan Vu: A 2015 graduate of the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Theatre and Cinema, Phan Vu was mentored by the late artist Le Binh. With over a decade in the industry, he is a household name through numerous TV series and major films such as Flip 5 (Lật Mặt 5) and Song of the South (Đất Rừng Phương Nam). He also served on the production team for blockbuster franchises like Ly Hai’s Flip series.
- Director Huynh Thinh (Creative Director & CEO of Helius Media): Serving as both the screenwriter and director, he defines the narrative language for the series. Thinh brings years of experience in screenwriting and filmmaking, spanning from domestic to international cinematic projects. Notably, his work Escape (Chay) won the Most Popular Film award at the 2018 HTV Short Film Festival, a project he created, wrote, and produced. After four years of founding and managing Helius Media as the Creative Director for brand communication projects, No Compromise marks Thinh’s official return to the world of artistic and cinematic filmmaking.
- Action Director Truong The Chi (Founder of Stunt1 Action Studio): A professional martial artist and stunt veteran, Chi has choreographed action for international markets including Bollywood, Canada, Australia, the UK, and China. In Vietnam, he is the architect behind the action in classics like The Immortal, Fire of the Buddha, Bitcoin Heist, and the recent 250-billion-VND hit The Aerial Dogfight.
- Director of Photography (DOP) Nhat Truong – Cuden: With a martial arts background, Cuden possesses a deep understanding of movement and rhythm. He is the lens behind several Netflix-distributed titles such as The Foggy Mountain and The Brotherhood, as well as high-profile series and global TVCs for brands like TH True Milk and AMD.
