About project

In 2025, DT Group expanded its investment into villa projects at the coastal township of Novaworld Phan Thiet, developing a collection of 7 villas, each designed in a distinct architectural style ranging from Neo-classical, New-classical, Luxury Country to modern design. This villa series was created with three strategic purposes: vacation living, rental, and coastal real estate investment—allowing guests to both experience and choose to own. Beyond its business potential, the project also serves as a strategic milestone showcasing DT Group’s capabilities in premium interior design and construction.

Idea direction

With years of expertise in architectural photography, villa photography, and interior photography, Helius Media was entrusted by DT Group to produce the visual series for this collection of luxury villas at Novaworld Phan Thiet. The creative goal was to highlight the prestige and sophistication of the villas, while also emphasizing the unique identity and architectural character of each residence.

Implementation

The villa photography project at Novaworld Phan Thiet was carried out in January 2025. Thanks to close collaboration between the production and photography team at Helius Media and the marketing and architecture teams of DT Group, the entire villa collection was captured with precision and artistry, showcasing the elegance of both architectural design and interior details.
