About Client

Hong Minh Quang Orchids Da Lat was founded by an entrepreneur who left a prestigious position at Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO) to pursue his passion for orchid cultivation.

After 15 years of dedication, HMQ has grown into a large-scale orchid farm with hundreds of thousands of orchids, supplying high-quality flowers across Southern Vietnam. The 15th anniversary was marked by a milestone event held directly at the farm, attended by international partners from Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, and beyond, as well as major domestic partners and local authorities.

Creative Direction

Through in-depth conversations and research, Helius Media identified that the true essence of the project lies in the vision, philosophy, and resilience of the founder.

A devoted Buddhist, he runs his business guided by the teachings of wisdom, integrity, and sincerity. Beyond business, he maintains a daily practice of offering fresh orchids from his farm to Truc Lam Zen Monastery in Da Lat – a ritual that connects spirituality with entrepreneurship.

Instead of producing a conventional 15th anniversary corporate film, Helius Media proposed creating an Entrepreneur Film:

  • Portraying the founder’s entrepreneurial journey, philosophy, and defining moments over 15 years – a story that expresses gratitude while inspiring audiences with its authenticity.

Implementation

  • Personal storytelling: weaving Buddhist philosophy into the entrepreneurial narrative.

  • Filming on-site: showcasing the orchid farm with hundreds of thousands of blooming flowers, symbolizing resilience and achievement.

  • Authentic emotions: capturing both the challenges and the moments of gratitude that define the journey.

Premiered at the 15th anniversary celebration, the film deeply moved audiences, leaving partners and guests inspired by a story of perseverance and human-centered business values.
