Vietsovpetro Resort Ho Tram is one of the most established and reputable resorts in Ho Tram, featuring a unique blend of seaside leisure and professional services. Besides being a beachfront destination for family and personal relaxation, the resort also functions as a convention hub, offering conference rooms of various scales, business meeting spaces, and venues for corporate events.
About Project
In the increasingly competitive hospitality industry, Vietsovpetro Resort Ho Tram sought to refresh its brand image to attract both leisure travelers and business (MICE) clients. Helius Media was chosen as the creative partner to deliver a comprehensive content production project — including architectural photography, hospitality operation photography, lifestyle photography, and TVC production — with the goal of reflecting the unique Russia–Vietnam identity while strengthening the resort’s communication and commercial capacity.
Creative Direction
Helius Media developed the creative idea based on a dual insight:
- Hospitality & Family Experience: the resort functions as a complete family getaway, where guests enjoy Ho Tram’s seaside scenery, refined Russian cuisine, and attentive, personalized service.
- Business & MICE (Business & Conference Services): at the same time, the resort serves as a conference hub where executives and business travelers can attend large-scale events and meetings in venues built to international standards, while enjoying premium services.
From this, we developed the “Business Leader Experience” concept: a protagonist who both vacations with their family and participates in professional activities — from meetings in conference rooms, to large-scale events, to private executive banquets. This storytelling approach positions Vietsovpetro Resort Ho Tram as an all-in-one destination where work and personal life harmonize within a single, seamless experience.
Implementation
The project was carried out over one week of on-site production at Vietsovpetro Resort Ho Tram, with the following key components:
Architectural Photography: Capturing the resort’s architecture and interiors — from the grand lobby and conference halls to premium room categories — providing essential visual assets for room sales and infrastructure promotion.
Hospitality Operation Photography: Showcasing professional services and staff in action, emphasizing the resort’s 4-star international hospitality standards.
Lifestyle Photography: Highlighting authentic guest moments of leisure, relaxation, and family enjoyment across the resort’s facilities.
TVC Production: Two versions of the commercial (2:30 minutes and 1 minute) were produced under the “Business Leader – Family” concept, illustrating both leisure and MICE/business services, tailored for multi-channel communication.
Conclusion
The media assets produced by Helius Media provided Vietsovpetro Resort Ho Tram with a comprehensive visual toolkit. The architectural and lifestyle photography not only supported sales & marketing directly but also elevated the resort’s overall visual identity. The two TVC versions enhanced communication versatility, reinforcing the resort’s unique positioning: the combination of luxury leisure and an international-standard conference center.
Through this project, Vietsovpetro Resort Ho Tram has been strongly repositioned as a premier hospitality destination in Southern Vietnam — a place where guests can find both complete relaxation and optimal business solutions. This serves as a prime example of how resort and hotel media projects can elevate brand experience and drive commercial performance.
