About project
Among Fraisco’s diverse product line, the standout is the Solis Big and Tall Outdoor Patio Conversation Set – a high-end outdoor furniture collection designed specifically for taller and larger users. The set features a reinforced aluminum frame with durable powder coating, oversized design, and thick cushions, ensuring both comfort and freedom for all body types.
Manufactured in Vietnam to US standards, the product is carefully packaged and transported via maritime shipping for distribution in the US—one of the world’s most competitive consumer markets. For this reason, Fraisco Outdoor Living identified well-executed product imagery as an essential element for product launches and pre-market orders.
Briefing
Helius Media was honored to be selected as the creative partner for this product photography project in Vietnam. The challenge was not simply to capture technical details, but to tell a persuasive visual story: evoking both comfort and sophistication while emphasizing the “Big & Tall” USP that defines Fraisco’s positioning in the US market.
The product photography included two concepts:
Product catalog photography (white background): A standardized photo set to provide accurate visuals for infographic integration—serving Amazon, the official website, and sales materials.
Outdoor concept product photography: A lifestyle-oriented photo set staged in a garden environment, highlighting harmony with everyday living and bringing the authentic “American vibe” aligned with target customers.
Implementation
After surveying the products at the factory, and working across time zones between Philadelphia and Vietnam, Helius Media established a detailed workflow for seamless coordination:
For outdoor concept product photography, Helius Media conducted a demo shoot on Day 1, followed by an online review session with Fraisco. The official shoot took place early on Day 2—incorporating client feedback while capturing the desired “chill morning” atmosphere.
For studio catalog product photography (white background), Helius Media executed an overnight session in Vietnam to allow the US client to follow the process in real time and provide instant feedback.
Results
The product photography sessions were completed smoothly and efficiently thanks to close collaboration, despite being conducted entirely online. The final images were carefully retouched and approved by Fraisco Outdoor Living. They are now used as strategic sales tools across Amazon and the official website, strengthening brand presence in the US market.
Conclusion
